Justin Evans is Global Head of Analytics & Insights for Samsung Ads. Leveraging his nearly 20 years of experience in the sector, Justin partners with key stakeholders across Samsung Ads’ leadership team to leverage data to identify sales opportunities and uncover usage trends.   Most recently, Justin was Vice President of Data Strategy at Comcast Spotlight, where he supported a $2.5B local advertising group spanning 79 markets, and led teams across analytics, data partnerships, product management and ad sales research. During his tenure, Justin was responsible for shifting the company to an audience-based model and led the creation of their “north star” strategy focused on audience planning & targeting, reporting, and attribution. In addition, Justin has held positions at Collective, serving as EVP of Enterprise and Chief Strategy Officer & SVP of Product Strategy, as well as SVP of Advertising Solutions at The Nielsen Company.  Justin received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from NYU Stern and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Columbia University.
