VP of Emerging Opportunities
Scott Dunlap is the VP of Emerging Opportunities/New Ventures at PayPal, where his team defines next generation payment experiences in such areas as television commerce, social media, virtual currencies, cause marketing, and multi-channel purchasing. Prior to PayPal, Scott was an early executive at a number of high growth technology start-ups, including E.piphany (9th highest IPO of 1999), Opsware (sold to HP for $1.7 billion), NearbyNow (sold to JiWire in 2011), 4charity.com, and others. If he isn't tinkering with new technology, he can be found trail running and taking pictures for his award winning blog, A Trail Runner's Blog. Scott has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS from the University of Oregon.
