Konrad Feldman, CEO, launched Quantcast in 2006 along with Paul Sutter, with the goal of transforming the reach and effectiveness of online advertising through the use of science and scalable computing. Mr. Feldman has 15 years of experience in high volume transactional analytics and measurement, pattern recognition and fraud detection.

Quantcast is a leading Web-based audience insights service focused on enabling addressable advertising solutions. The company has launched the first solution to allow the buying and selling of audiences based on accurate, consistent and actionable data across the Web. Its new solution, Quantcast Media Program, provides advertisers with the first scalable way to define target audiences via their own data insights and apply this custom segmentation consistently throughout the buying process.

Today, Quantcast directly measures more than 25 million web audiences and more than 185 billion Internet events each month. This unparalleled visibility is leveraged to generate comprehensive traffic, demographic and lifestyle profiles of online audiences. Quantcast audience insights are derived from visits by more than 1 billion global Internet users including over all 220 million in the U.S. Internet market.

Prior to co-founding Quantcast, Mr. Feldman co-founded Searchspace the leading provider of terrorist financing detection and anti-money laundering software for the world's financial services industry. As CEO of Searchspace's North American business, he established the business in the U.S. and directed its rapid growth to become a market leader. Prior to Searchspace, Mr. Feldman was a Research Fellow in the Intelligent Systems Laboratory at University College London. Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University College, London.
