From January 22nd through February 21st, tickets will be priced at $975.
From February 22nd through March 4th, tickets will be priced at $1,275.

Registration Information

  • PRESS: If you are a member of the press, please email Pam Kulik at pam@dialogikdigital.com or 323.632.4267, and provide your credentials, 1 link to an article you've written for a publication, and contact information. She will respond to you as soon as he can.
  • ANALYSTS: If you are an analyst, we are happy to provide you with a 20% discount on the final price. Please contact us directly by sending an email to Tracy at swedlow@itvt.com and provide your credentials and contact information. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
  • STUDENTS: If you are a student, we are happy to discuss reduced rates or how to become a volunteer at the conference. Please contact Tracy (above) to discuss.
  • NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: If you or your company would like to attend or participate in some way at the conference, please contact Tracy (above) to discuss ideas and opportunities.
  • OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES: We are open-minded to new proposals about participating at this conference. Please contact Tracy at swedlow@itvt.com to discuss.

Hotel Arrangements

For your convenience, we have partnered with the Hudson Hotel to offer you discounted rates on rooms during the Show (nights of 11/17 & 11/18).  Rates are $259/night for a Standard room with a Queen bed, $299/night for a Superior room with a Queen Bed or $329/night for a Deluxe room with a Queen Bed.  Complimentary wireless internet is included.  There is a 14.75% hotel/sales tax and $3.50 occupancy charge in addition to the discounted rate.  These rates are available until 5pm on  October 26, 2010 but are based on availability...so call soon!
